During the tender stage we work closely with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors providing niche expertise on the optimal design of the rainwater drainage package. Early engagement with us is ideal as the rainwater drainage element can then often benefit from value engineering. Our tender team pride themselves on creating savings in raw materials and overall costs for both contractor and client by designing the most efficient drainage solution possible for each project.
Over the past decade, Capcon Engineering teams have installed siphonic and gravity systems in over 400 projects in Ireland and the UK.
Typically, we would be active on over 100 sites at any one time in Ireland and the UK, working across a range of sectors in high-tech large-scale construction.

Our technicians are highly experienced in the installation of all leading siphonic and gravity drainage brands including Valsir Rainplus, Geberit Pluvia, Terrain Hydromax and Blucher Stainless Steel Siphonic Systems.
We have installed hundreds of systems in a range of materials including HDPE, aluminium, stainless steel, cast iron and PVC. Our projects team can offer expertise on material selection during design and tendering stages.
For all projects, we also offer single warranty source, bespoke testing, and commissioning, along with BCAR Certification.
