Service Sales Manager (Maintenance Division)
Capcon Engineering Ltd is a market leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced rainwater drainage systems for high-tech and large-scale commercial projects across the globe.
As part of our continued growth and to further build out our Maintenance Division, we are now seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead and expand this key business area across Ireland and the UK.
Capcon Engineering are rainwater drainage specialists, providing expert design consultation and sub- contractor services for clients, architects, engineers, mechanical and main contractors on large-scale new build and renovation construction projects. We operate across key sectors including data centres, pharmaceutical, commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
About the Role
Reporting directly to our Operations Director, you’ll be responsible for originating maintenance opportunities from:
- Past Capcon projects
- Projects not originally completed by Capcon
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can build a team, develop systems and processes, and drive business growth through direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing Service, Sales & Maintenance Operations
- Proactively identify and develop maintenance opportunities from Capcon’s historic and external project base
- Manage and deliver reactive and planned maintenance contracts across multiple sectors
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing maintenance team
- Carry out on-site inspections, diagnosis, and minor remedial works where required
- Prepare proposals and service agreements for new and existing clients
- Contract management, service delivery & reporting
- Liaise with internal Capcon teams, contractors, and clients to ensure service excellence
- Ensure all work is compliant with industry regulations and Capcon’s quality standards
