National Children’s Hospital
Summary
Capcon coordinated & installed over 7.5km of HDPE Gravity drainage the New Children’s Hospital, capable of draining over 29 billion litres of rainfall annually to ensure the building of such critical importance is protected against ever increasing rainfall events.
This project was a testament to the quality of he works being carried collaboration we have withing Capcon. Our design team worked to design the drainage with MM accuracy to ensure our operations & site teams could seamlessly install our drainage onsite, in close collaboration with a large volume of contractors and consultants. To deliver a project of such scale you need an excellent team and the Capcon team continually delivered at all levels to ensure this project was a success.

Singapore Changi Airport
Summary
Changi Airport Terminal 5 (T5) is a massive, 1,080-hectare mega-terminal currently under construction in Singapore. Slated to open in the mid-2030s, it will handle 50 million passengers annually and effectively double the current size and capacity of the entire Changi airport.
The enormous roof structure serves as a massive rainwater harvesting tool. Capcon Engineering were selected to design a high-performance siphonic roof drainage system to safely manage intense tropical rainfall.

North London Heat & Power Plant
Summary
Capcon is delivering a high-performance siphonic drainage package for the NLHPP project, supporting a large-scale, technically demanding development with robust, efficient rainwater management. This project offers exposure to cutting-edge drainage design on a major build.
The project itself will generate electricity for up to 127,000 homes, supply hot water and heating for up to 60,000 local homes and businesses, improve local air quality by using the most advanced technology to capture emissions and save as much carbon as taking 110,000 cars off the road each year.
