Trainee Technician Positions
Capcon Engineering are rainwater roof drainage specialists providing design consultation and sub-contractor services for architects, engineers, and main contractors in large scale construction. Our teams of technicians have installed pipework on nearly all major large scale construction projects in Ireland and many projects across the UK.
We are now pleased to offer several trainee positions where successful applicants will be given full training and support to become HDPE pipefitter technicians in our company.
Successful applicants will
- Be high-motivated individuals looking to build a career in the industry
- Have some experience in the construction industry
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work
- Have good communication skills
You will develop these responsibilities within a reasonable timeframe:
- Meeting all health and safety requirements and compliance
- Installation of pipework, fittings and components
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy
- Effectively prioritizing
- Communicating clearly at all levels
- Supporting operations staff
Capcon supports trainees by
- Providing support in achieving Safe Pass compliance
- Providing full training in installation of pipework, fittings and components
- Ensuring that you are mentored with a lead technician during training
