The UK’s first electric forecourt was opened by Gridserve Braintree, Essex in December 2020. Capcon were contracted by ESS Modular to provide a siphonic drainage solution for the modular build.
This was a particularly large-scale project requiring bespoke siphonic drainage which posed difficulties for installation and design. The scale of the project and access requirements required a significant amount of planning and programming.
