We are pleased to welcome Julia Cavanaugh, who has joined us as our Sustainability and Technical Design Engineer. This newly created role underscores our dedication to advancing sustainability and innovation in rainwater management, an area where Julia’s expertise will be invaluable.

My goal at Capcon is to drive solutions that enhance our sustainability efforts by reducing our carbon footprint and implementing ambitious environmental goals. By collecting and analyzing data within the rain and engineering world, I aim to further our understanding of rainwater management and sustainable practices. By integrating sustainability into every aspect of our designs, I hope to help Capcon lead the way in responsible engineering, where every project contributes to a more sustainable and resilient world."
In her role, Julia will be instrumental in developing technical content, supporting research and development for cutting-edge rainwater drainage systems, producing technical data and reports, assisting with design engineering, and initiating sustainable practices that will further solidify Capcon’s commitment to environmental responsibility. Her technical acumen, creativity, and dedication to sustainability will make her a key player in both our team and our collaborations with partners.
