Capcon Earns Silver for Best Place to Work at eir Business Chambers Ireland Awards

Capcon Engineering has been recognised as a Silver winner in the Best Place to Work category at the eir Business Chambers Ireland Awards 2026, held at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre on Friday 26th June.

The award celebrates organisations with strong employee engagement and people-first HR practices, recognising companies where staff feel valued and motivated to do their best work.

For Capcon, this recognition reflects a culture intentionally created over the course of 15 years, in which the support and development of employees remain a top priority. As the company has grown from its Irish base into a global rainwater specialist operating across 15+ markets, several employees have reached milestones of 10 years or more.

Capcon’s approach to people revolves around investment in specialised skills and mentorship, and has shaped the company since its formation in 2010. As the business has scaled to meet international demand, keeping this culture at the centre of the business has remained essential to the growth of Capcon’s technical expertise.

This award builds on a strong year for Capcon, which continues to expand its presence across Ireland, the UK and APAC while never losing focus on the well-being of the people driving that growth.
