Technician (UK)
Capcon Drainage Ltd are global specialists in high-performance rainwater roof drainage systems. Our work spans design consultancy, off-site fabrication, and full-service installation across major construction projects including data centres, airports, pharma, commercial, and high-tech buildings.
Our technician / HDPE Pipefitters work alongside fellow crew members on various projects installing pipework, fittings, and components. Our technicians are required to be self-motivated individuals who can work well as part of a team but also be capable of working on your own on initiative.

Job Title: Technician (UK)
Group: Capcon Drainage Ltd
Direct Report: Senior Project Manager
Key Relationships: Managing Director / Operations Directors / Commercial
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety requirements and compliance.
- Assist the management team / lead technician in completing all projects.
- Installation of pipework, fittings & components.
- Provide support to operational staff.
- Effectively prioritise areas of work.
- Ensure works area are kept clean and tidy.
- Communicate effectively at all levels.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- General knowledge of Design, Engineering & Construction.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel.
