Miesian Plaza is a landmark office development offering three distinctive headquarter buildings. Located on Lower Baggot Street, equidistant between Merrion Square and Fitzwilliam Square, a short stroll from St Stephen’s Green.
Miesian Plaza has been developed with a core commitment to achieving quality, whilst securing the highest level environmental LEED accreditation. The development delivers 218,724 sq ft of the highest specification office space in the heart of Dublin.
This iconic project is a very significant moment in the CapCon timeline as it is the very first project carried out using Valsir rainplus siphonic drainage system. This project marks the first in what is proving to be a very exciting and successful partnership with Valsir S.p.A. To date we have completed in excess of 40 projects across Ireland and the UK.
