Siphonic and Gravity Roof Drainage Solution for Spencer Place

Cacpon Engineering designed, supplied and installed the gravity and siphonic drainage at Spencer Place North & South. The main roofs were drained using siphonic drainage with the podiums, balconies and existing roofs drained using a combinations of internal and external gravity drainage.
