Capcon Engineering has recently completed a significant gravity drainage project in a new Dublin data centre for a large multi-national client.
This was a particularly large-scale project requiring bespoke siphonic drainage which posed difficulties for installation and design. The scale of the project and access requirements required a significant amount of planning and programming.
Originally designed by Scott Tallon Walker in the 1960’s, Miesian Plaza underwent extensive redevelopment to provide Grade A office accommodation. The completed buildings were awarded LEED Platinum v4 accreditation.
